About Event

A complimentary working session on the positioning strategy most studio owners never put down on paper.

Your portfolio is respected. But positioning is the part you figure out project by project, adapting your language to match what you think this client wants to hear in that pitch or case.

Most creative founders position in reactive mode, meaning they descirbe capabilities, list services, or default to "we do branding and strategy" because that's what everyone else says + everybody understands.

It works until one day it doesn't make financial sense anymore: you're attracting price-sensitive clients who see you as interchangeable, or you're stuck explaining why you're "expensive" when the work speaks for itself- and slowly most projects become a grind instead of a showcase.

Positioning power is more than deciding you're premium.

It's about defining exactly who you exist for, what gap you close that no one else does, and how to communicate that so the right clients recognize you as the only logical choice before you ever discuss scope. Basically they come to you for being you.

This session covers an interactive exercise on one of these topics:

positioning architecture
the structure beneath the language (how to define who you're for, what transformation you deliver, and why you're differentiated based on your signature / ethos)

category-of-one positioning
how to carve out a space where you're not competing on price or portfolio, but on a specific expertise or approach only you own (your intellectual property)

the gap you close (not the work you do)
how to talk about your work so clients understand the economic impact, not just the deliverables or process - and why that shifts the entire conversation from "can you do this?" to "when can we start?"

messaging clarity across touchpoints
how to make sure your positioning shows up consistently across your site, Instagram, proposals, and calls - so clients feel confident in you + your team

This is part of a series on pricing + financial architecture for founders who are ready to start being recognized as the obvious choice inside a €250k+ solo practice or €1.5M+ studio with a team.

format: 45-minute working session
