What Do You See? A teamscape® lab at Adler & Moriarty
Your team looks at the same numbers, the same customer feedback, the same AI output. And walks away with different stories.
It shows up in how you read a quarterly report. In how you make sense of a reorg rumour. In how you decide what a client really meant.
Same information, different readings. Most teams treat it as noise. It’s a pattern you can see and work with.
This teamscape® lab takes place in a Berlin art gallery, two weeks before the opening of Within the Field: Berlin. That show asks how the way we encounter something changes what we see in it.
You get to:
map where you sit on the grid between Linear ↔ Systemic and Concrete ↔ Abstract.
read a work of art with people who see it differently, and try to agree on what’s there
leave with one real commitment that shapes how you and your team make sense of what’s in front of you.
This structured, hands-on experience will be facilitated by Jörg Schmitz (The Inclusive Leadership Institute) and hosted by Jeremy Brian.
LOCATION:
Adler & Moriarty, Zähringer Straße 22, Berlin-Charlottenburg.
Please note: There are no slides, panel talks or presentations during this evening. Just people, great art, good food, music and real conversations.
