A free monthly call for people in the middle of a career transition, who want to be seen and supported by a like-minded community. This is a chance to meet others who are navigating the same terrain, share experiences and encourage one another in moments of doubt.
How each call works
Ground: A short grounding practice to land in the room and notice how you're actually doing.
Share: A round on where you are right now, what you need support with and what you can offer. No fixing and no advice unless you ask for it.
Open discussion: A chance to open a discussion about the stories or ideas you heard in the sharing round.
A different kind of conversation
This isn't a networking event, group coaching or a job-search clinic. Nobody will ask for your elevator pitch. It's a space where "I don't know what's next" is a perfectly good answer.
