Healing Circle - Heal With Fil Community

​Hello dear one!

​Welcome to the Heal With Fil community offering. I am Filip, an IFS-informed healing practitioner. For more info about my practice, check out HealWithFil.com.

​In this time of polycrisis we're living through, there's a deep need for ritual space to mark endings and beginnings, as we leave the old world behind and glimpse the inklings of the new one we're creating.

​If you're an activist fighting for a more just world, or a Wounded Healer* devoted to helping others, this space is for you.

​Healing Circle is a monthly gift I offer for purely selfish reasons — because my heart yearns, more than anything, to hold a safe space where we feel seen, heard, and appreciated together. We'll begin with a round of introductions and a short opening from me, before moving into your questions and what's alive for you. If time allows, we'll close with a brief IFS-inspired meditation or demo. The circle will be held in English.
