A lot of us have done impactful L&D work. Whether you're job searching, aiming for a promotion, or building credibility, a portfolio is quickly becoming essential in L&D.
Join us for an evening where we break down what goes into an effective L&D portfolio and how to start building one. We’ll look at real examples, unpack what works and what doesn’t, explore different platforms to host your portfolio, and help you identify the projects you can turn into strong case studies.
You won’t build your full portfolio in this session. You’ll leave knowing what to include and how to start.
We’ll also host a follow-up virtual working session for anyone who wants dedicated time and structure to build together.

Satya Chheda, MA, PCC, BCC is a People Development Manager at a global law firm and a trusted advisor and coach to founders, senior executives, managers, and employees since 2010. She has designed innovative leadership and learning programs, led global teams, and coached thousands of professionals worldwide to navigate their careers, strengthen their leadership, build critical skills, and pursue work aligned with their values. Previously, she worked on the L&D team at BetterUp and designed coaching programs at WeWork. Satya holds an M.A. in Counseling from NYU and is an ICF PCC-certified coach and Hogan certified.
