Heart Spirituals & Soul Sustenance w/ Sheena
Join us on Zoom for Heart Spirituals & Soul Sustenance with Sheena, a Sunday morning hour set aside to slow down, check in with yourself, and feed your spirit before the week ahead begins. Whether you're settling in with a cup of coffee or tea or joining from a quiet corner of your home, you're welcome to arrive just as you are.
Sheena will guide the hour with warmth and thoughtfulness, offering reflections and space for the kind of conversation that nourishes the heart. Expect a gentle, welcoming atmosphere where you can listen, share if you feel moved to, and leave feeling a bit lighter and more grounded than when you arrived.
This session is hosted by OnePeopleTO and is open to anyone looking for a calm, uplifting way to spend part of their Sunday. Bring an open heart and whatever is on your mind.
Register to save your spot, and we'll see you on Zoom.
