Listening to Your Heart
Sometimes the quietest voice knows the way.
As men, we can spend a lot of time trying to figure life out with our minds—analyzing, planning, problem-solving, and looking outside ourselves for answers. But underneath all that noise, there is often a quieter voice that already knows what we need, what matters, and where something in our life is no longer aligned.
This month at Hearth, we’re slowing down enough to listen. We’ll explore intuition, inner knowing, purpose, and the ways we sometimes drown out what our heart is trying to tell us through busyness, distraction, substances, work, relationships, or simply staying constantly occupied.
This isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about creating enough space to hear what may already be there.

Rodolfo Menjivar is the founder of Brothers From Other Mothers and a men’s work facilitator based in Edmonton, Alberta. For over six years, he has led transformational experiences focused on personal accountability, emotional intelligence, and healthy masculine leadership. His work challenges men to raise their standards, strengthen their character, and live with integrity at home, in business, and in community. Rodolfo is committed to creating spaces where men can be honest, grow together, and make a real impact in their lives and the world around them.
