Before all of that, we're making space to exhale.
Hosted inside the Hästens Sleep Spa in West Hollywood, the evening begins the way rest should — by finding your match. You'll be paired with your ideal Hästens Sleep Instrument, then settle in for a restorative sound bath, experienced from what may be the most comfortable seat in the house.
Because a Hästens isn't a mattress. It's an instrument — made entirely by hand in Sweden from natural materials, by artisans who train for years before building a single one. Six generations of it.
Here, rest isn't an afterthought. It's an art.
From there, we'll move into guided reflection and facilitated connection, around a single question:
