Monkey Mind Monday ( 4- week Series) with Miss Sunny Energy in Motion Movement Lab
Monkey Mind Mondays is a 4-week movement series for neurodivergent and sensory-rich children, focused on emotional regulation, body awareness, and confidence through playful, guided movement.
Each session uses music, imagination, and somatic tools to help kids release excess energy, notice body signals, and practice calming and grounding strategies in a fun, low-pressure environment
This series supports self-regulation skills that kids can use at home and school and works well as a supplement to OT or emotional regulation support

Ages: Great for Ages 3+
Price: $50 for 4- Specialized Kids Coaching Sessions ( usually $80)
