When you register, tell us the decision you're wrestling with. We pick two, and the room spends the session on them: the owner lays out the situation, the group asks questions before anyone gives advice, and then we work it.

You might not be one of the two, and that isn't a consolation prize. Most of what you take home comes from watching people who understand your business pull apart someone else's version of the same problem. Submit each month and your turn comes.
