Join us in a gentle, supportive group setting to reconnect with your body and your sense of safety. In this session, we’ll explore ways to come into relationship with your body’s signals and sensations, learning to notice what’s happening in the present moment and expand our capacity to stay.
Through a combination of guided somatic exercises and written journaling prompts, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Tune into your body’s signals and sensations
Explore emotional and physical patterns in a safe space
Practice grounding, release, and self-regulation techniques
Connect to your innate vitality in an organic way
This session is led by a trained Somatic Experiencing practitioner, with expertise in who will guide the group, offer gentle tools and exercises to support your process.
Whether you’re new to somatic work or have experience, this class provides a welcoming space to reconnect with yourself, process what arises and leave feeling more settled and present in your body.
