​An evening of breathwork and visualisation to close out summer without letting it go.

​September has a way of pulling us straight back into pace: inboxes, deadlines, the feeling that slowness was something we left behind in August.

​This session is about resisting that reset. Summer isn't just warmth and light, it's sensual. The slower way we move, the skin's memory of sun, the ease of not rushing.

​We'll use breath and guided visualisation to locate that feeling in the body, the glow and the sensuality both, and root it there so it travels with you into the new season, rather than staying behind as a memory.

​No experience needed, just come as you are, straight from work.
