Join me for a magical night of breathwork and community at Mantle Thermal Haus.
I’ll guide you through ~45 minutes of grounding breathwork, visualization, and reflection designed to help you get out of your head and back into your body.
This will be a gentle activation flow focused on nervous system regulation, creating safety in the body, and opening the heart. Rather than a big emotional purge, this evening is about moving energy softly and leaving feeling lighter, grounded, and more connected.
Mantle Thermal Haus is a beautiful indoor-outdoor contrast therapy space that offers a calming environment for us to gather.
After our breathwork journey, you’re welcome to stay and enjoy the space together, offering saunas and cold plunges.
