Local Hub Berlin: Shapers & Shakers: Co-Creating our Berlin Hub for 2026
The L&D Shakers Berlin Hub has always been powered by its community. On 8 April, we’re opening the space for something special: a co-creation session where Shakers design the year ahead together.
This isn’t a typical meetup. Think of it as a community lab + talent marketplace — where ideas meet action.
Together we’ll explore our 2026 focus, key challenges, and opportunities for the Berlin Hub. Then we’ll team up to design experiences, experiment with formats, and prototype ideas that help our community grow, connect, and practice as active L&D Shakers.
We’ll bring the framework — the roadmap, community values, and insights from previous events.
You bring the ideas, challenges, and energy.
Bring the challenges you care about.
Bring the topics you wish we explored more.
Bring the ways you’d like to contribute to the hub.
By the end of the evening, you’ll have co-shaped initiatives for the year ahead, met collaborators, and maybe even walked away with an idea you want to bring to life in a future Shaker event.
This session reflects what the Berlin Hub stands for:
✨ Community of Practice – a safe space to experiment and learn hands-on
🌱 Growth & Self-Development – learning from each other’s experiences
🤝 Genuine Connections – building relationships that go beyond events
Who should join
L&D practitioners who:
enjoy experimenting and learning by doing
want to actively contribute to the Berlin Hub
are curious to shape our 2026 roadmap and experiences
love collaborative and hands-on formats
Why attend
Help shape the future of the Berlin Hub
Collaborate with fellow L&D practitioners in a creative setting
Turn ideas into real community initiatives and events
In short:
A gathering by Shakers, for Shakers.
Come ready to collaborate, share ideas, and maybe even leave with a session, initiative, or experiment you want to bring to life with the community.
We’re also looking for facilitators
As hosts, we’d love to actively participate in the co-creation as well, so we’re looking for 1–2 facilitators to help design and guide this interactive workshop.
If you enjoy co-creative, practical facilitation formats, this is a great chance to shape the experience together with us.
👉 Facilitation: ~3 hours on the event day + ~1 hour prep
👉 Interested? Send Li-hsien a LinkedIn message by 23 March (you’re welcome to co-facilitate with others).
