💜 September RW Hour: Ladies’ Reflection & Social Night
September's Theme - How Have You Been, Really?💜
We check our calendars, goals, messages, and to-do lists all the time. But how often do we pause to check in with how we have actually been feeling?
As September brings us to the final quarter of 2026, let's make space for a different kind of retrospective - not another review of how productive we have been, but a chance to reflect on the emotional journey of the year so far.
What has energised or depleted us? How have we responded to change and uncertainty? What might our emotions be telling us about what matters, and how do we want to feel as we move into the final quarter?
For this month’s RW Hour, Carol Lim will guide us through a reflective experience using the Emotional Culture Deck, a card-based tool that helps us recognise, name and better understand our emotions.
Putting words to how we feel 💜
When someone asks, “How are you?”, most of us instinctively say:
“Good.”
“Busy.”
“Tired.”
But our emotional lives are usually far more nuanced.
Developing a richer emotional vocabulary helps us notice patterns, understand what gives or drains our energy, and become more aware of what we may need. That awareness can help us navigate change and make more conscious choices about how we want to show up in the months ahead.
There are no right answers and no pressure to share anything you would rather keep private - just a gentle, practical and thought-provoking way to understand ourselves and one another a little better.
✨ Time to connect
RW Hour has never been just about the topic of the month.
As always, there will also be plenty of time to mingle over dinner, exchange stories and connect with women across different industries, backgrounds and seasons of life.
Come for the reflection, stay for the conversation, and leave with greater clarity about how you have been - and how you would like to move into the final quarter of 2026. 💜

About Remarkable Hour
Remarkable Hour is a monthly gathering by Remarkable Women, created for women to pause, connect, and simply be.
It is a relaxed and welcoming space to meet like-minded women, share stories, build friendships, and have meaningful conversations in good company.
We believe some of the most meaningful learning happens socially: through real conversations, shared experiences, and listening to the stories of women from different seasons of life.
At Remarkable Hour, we encourage everyone to come with an open mind, listen generously, and offer encouragement or support where we can.
Each session may have a light reflective theme, but the heart of Remarkable Hour remains the same: friendship, encouragement, authentic connection, and learning from one another.

Come as you are, and leave feeling a little more refreshed, encouraged, and connected.
We can’t wait to see you there.
