Located in Manhattan’s Flatiron District, Cosme is the New York restaurant from acclaimed Mexican chef Enrique Olvera, the chef behind Mexico City’s two-MICHELIN-starred Pujol. Cosme itself is recognized by the MICHELIN Guide and is known for its contemporary approach to Mexican cuisine, rooted in Mexican flavors and traditions while showcasing local and seasonal ingredients.
