Berlin Local Hub: Solopreneur Series #2 - Beyond the Job Title: Shape Your Brand Story
This session is part of a workshop series and peer community for Learning & Development entrepreneurs who want to build focused, differentiated, and sustainable businesses.
The story you tell about your business doesn’t have to be confined to one thing.
Most people begin building a brand with familiar labels: their job title, industry, qualifications, or the words they have been using about themselves for years.
Those descriptions may be accurate, but they often say very little about how someone actually works, what people experience around them, or why their contribution matters.
The Adaptive Identity Game helps people get underneath the polished, slightly generic language of personal branding and find a story that feels more distinctive, alive, and true for them.
Unexpected combinations interrupt the old story, while intentional card choices help people notice what they want to claim more clearly.
The cards will not define your brand, but they will give you new material to think with.
You’ll walk away with:
Clearer language for the value you bring
A more distinctive positioning story
A memorable metaphor for your role
Language for an emerging or aspirational brand
Stronger differentiation
Stories and evidence to support your claims
Greater alignment between identity and expression
