About our facilitator
Christiana Courtright is Head of Digital Netherlands at Edelman. As she stepped into leadership, she saw a consistent pattern: the outcome of crucial conversations rarely depends on intent alone. It depends on structure and having a clear script, rather than emotion or personal interpretation.
Her facilitation approach is grounded in a simple belief: we are often expected to handle high-stakes dialogue instinctively, yet most people were never taught a practical method. The good news is that these skills are learnable. Christiana now shares the tools and books that helped her build greater clarity and confidence.
