What makes CC sticky? A community discussion on how we built this thing + what's next

​Let’s step back in time… CC started in 2023 because three coaches walked into a Zoom call and felt like some company could make the journey of solopreneurship so much better. Now, we’re 150 strong and have learned a thing or two about what makes a powerful community.

​Whether you’re a community enthusiast, a casual CC observer, or even curious about building your own community one day, come to this Behind the Scenes talk about how we built Coaching Corner and the values, decisions, and road bumps it took to get here. 

​And the core of what we’ll share are 3 key behaviors that we’ve found time and time again represent the best of our community: revealing, experimenting, and acknowledging. We want to invite you to co-design with us on how to bring more of those norms to the rhythm of our community. 

​And we want to share transparently about the current challenges within CC and where CC could go next. What would make it more impactful for you and your business building journey?
