Beyond the Theory of Leadership ✨

Most business problems don’t happen because of a lack of technical knowledge - they happen because of a lack of interpersonal skills. We avoid difficult conversations, we miss the bid for connection, or we struggle to build trust that actually lasts.

Inspired by Stanford University’s most legendary leadership course (Interpersonal Dynamics, also known as "Touchy Feely"), Green Tara Leadership and VLS invite you to a high-impact, experiential workshop. This workshop helps you better build trust, navigate difficult conversations, and deepen connection with your team.

Meet Your Facilitator Tara Hill

Tara Hill brings 15 years of leadership experience scaling organizations across tech startups, VC, and non profit. She was the former Director of Product at Glints where she helped scale the company from 70 to 1,000 employees. Trained in Interpersonal Dynamics at Stanford University - the school's most famous course on emotional intelligence and leadership - Tara now guides senior leaders in Vietnam to connect more deeply, lead more authentically, and grow with courage.

What You’ll Experience 🌱

This is a "Taster Workshop" - a 3-hour experience to discover Green Tara Leadership's Interpersonal Leadership Circle (ILC) methodology. ILC is a 3-day experiential program using the world-renowned "T-Group" method, where you practice interpersonal and influential skills in real time within a confidential, trusted space.

You will walk away with immediately applicable tools:

  • The 15% Risk Framework: How to use strategic self-disclosure to build rapid trust and psychological safety.

  • The 5 Levels of Communication: A tool to move conversations from "surface-level" to high-impact and deep trust.

  • The NET Model for Feedback: A concrete tool to deliver difficult feedback so it actually lands and creates change.

  • Interpersonal & Emotional Awareness: Learning to observe your emotions and the impact you have on others and how they experience you in real-time.
