HRC Fit is a four-part wellness series created to support your movement, recovery, strength, and overall well-being through intentional community experiences.
Please note that this space is intentionally created for Black women. We ask that you respect and honour this as a safe space to run, connect, and engage.
Across the series, you will move through:
mobility training
strength training
hormonal health education
recovery experiences
Each session is designed to support the you physically, mentally, and emotionally, while helping you build a more balanced and sustainable relationship with movement.

Strength Training with Cherise @ The Training Lane

Hormonal Health with Dr. Nalya Jessamy @ Hill Studio

A brunch-style educational conversation exploring the relationship between hormonal health, movement, recovery, and overall well-being.
Recovery Session @ Alter Wellness

A guided recovery experience featuring sauna and cold plunge therapy designed to support restoration, nervous system regulation, and intentional rest.
