Get to know our August Speaker Leah Ducey!

Leah has over 15+ years of leadership and music industry experience and most recently joined Beautiful Digital as Head of U.S. Social in December of last year.

Prior to joining Beautiful Digital, Leah spent 5 years at Universal Music Group Nashville (now MCA) as Head of Digital Marketing and 8 years at Epic Records in New York growing her way from Marketing Coordinator to Associate Director of Digital Marketing / Product Manager.

Leah has consistently across the industry spearheading digital marketing campaigns and audience development strategies that focus on strengthening the relationship between artists and their superfans.

Some recent career highlights and recognitions include being elected as the Vice President 2025 in the professional Nashville-based organization SOLID (Society Of Leaders In Development) after serving as the Music Market Chair on the 2024 Board and donating a record-breaking $40,000 to the CMA Foundation (from the CMA Fest SOLID Backstage Auction), being nominated for Music Biz’s Leading Light Bizzy Award in 2024 and being included in the Music Row “Next Big Thing” Industry Class of 2023.

In the fall of 2025, Leah created her own digital marketing agency called DO SEE Marketing which she still runs today. She is Nashville-based and considers herself to be a professional fangirl, is obsessed with her cats (the three inside her house and the countless others she takes care of outside in her community) and is always eager to connect with anyone who wants to learn more about her journey over coffee or ZOOM.
