A morning walk and breakfast for conversation, perspective and connection
We connect differently outside an office or a networking room. Walking side by side in a neutral outdoor space shifts perspective, broadens our thinking and makes room for more meaningful conversations.
IN MOTION is a monthly morning format by C-Suites LAB: an early walk up Montjuïc, followed by breakfast together at Le Bistrot, near Plaça d'Espanya. Each edition welcomes a guest who brings a fresh perspective to walk with.
This edition: A Different Perspective on Health and Energy
Sleep, stress, nutrition, movement, recovery, environment: our habits constantly shape one another. We'll step back from our daily routines, exchange experiences along the way and leave with a few new insights into how our habits influence our energy and performance.
Our guest: Cathy Morghese

Good to know
The walk starts before sunrise, so bring comfortable shoes and a light layer. The pace is moderate and suitable for everyone.
A drink and a croissant are included at Le Bistrot.
In case of heavy rain, the event will be cancelled and you'll be notified by email.
