"If it doesn't go well, I'm a failure"
A practical tool you can take away that will help you unblock any unproductive sales beliefs
Stop By If…
You're a B2B/B2B2C startup founder
You're behind on outreach or overthinking your sales approach
You know you need to sell, but keep finding reasons to delay or avoid it
You're open to considering the mental game of sales
Nearly every founder has a hangup about selling or could shift their approach to yield results faster. I personally struggled directly with every single one of these blockers we'll go through, and that experience directly informs my approach. Join us on September 3rd to ensure you’re fully equipped to win the mental game of sales.
If you can't attend, the recording will be sent out to registrants within 24 hours.
About me: I’m Caroline Fay. I am an exited founder of an equitable hiring startup called Skillist. Our customers included companies like Wayfair, DraftKings, ezCater, and Better Mortgage. While my startup had plenty of sales wins, I made lots of mistakes – like perfectionism, overthinking, and avoiding – and those missteps directly inform my methodology and approach. After Skillist, I designed go-to-market strategies for new and existing products at Lattice, a Series F startup. Since 2024, I've trained or consulted with over 150 founders, including through accelerators like InnovationWorks, Visible Hands, Company Ventures, and JFF Ventures. I love to work with non-traditional tech founders (e.g. impact-oriented, underrepresented, bootstrapped). Founders I've supported have seen 70x growth in repeatable sales, 400% increase in calls booked, and beyond. You can learn more about me at extragroup.nyc.
