If you prefer a morning session you can sign up here.
Burnout isn’t an individual issue – it’s a workplace challenge.
Employees often don’t realise they’re burning out until they’re already running on empty. As a manager or leader, you’re in a unique position to notice early warning signs, create healthier team dynamics, and protect performance without sacrificing well-being.
This 2-hour online workshop is designed to equip leaders with the awareness, tools, and practical strategies to recognise stress in their teams and take meaningful steps to prevent burnout.
What You’ll Learn 🧠
Through guided reflections, group discussion, and actionable frameworks, you’ll explore:
What burnout really is, how it shows up at work, and why managers play a key role in prevention
The 6 core workplace drivers of burnout – and how to spot them in your team
Practical ways to support employees under stress without “rescuing” or micromanaging
How to model well-being as a leader – so your team feels permission to do the same
