Neuro 101 @ Atrium Medical Center (Afternoon Session)

​This registration is for the Afternoon Session of the Neurology 101 Event at Atrium Medical Center (part of Premier Health). This session is from 8:00am-12:15pm.

​If you can't make one, please note you have two choices of time to select from.

• ​8am-12:15pm

• ​12:15-4:15pm

​Details:

​Please arrive at Atrium Medical Center (part of Premier Health) in Middletown, and enter the Professional Office Building (marked #2 on map). You don't want to enter through the main hospital lobby or you will have a much further walk.

​Once in the Professional Office Building, take the elevators to the 5th Floor, Classrooms A and B (which will be marked).

​There is also a cafeteria and coffee place within the hospital if you arrive in time to eat before or after your session.

​Each session is limited in space. Please only register for the event you are able to attend.

​Also, please note Middletown is at least 30-40 minutes away for some of you, so please check your calendars and schedules.

• ​Will this event have food? YES, light refreshments. You are welcome to bring in your own water bottles, coffee, etc as well.
