​TTL x CLOC PD Day is back on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 – and we’re centering Self-Advocacy. 💬✨

​This session is for educators of color who are ready to:

​-Name what they need to feel grounded and supported at work

​-Set boundaries without guilt

​-Advocate for themselves in conversations with colleagues, school leaders, and systems

​-Practice language they can actually use in real-time moments

​-Learn to network using S.O.U.L.’s framework to confidently share your impact

​You pour so much into your students and school community—this day is about pouring back into you. Come connect with other educators of color, sharpen your self-advocacy tools, and leave with scripts, strategies, and a stronger sense of your own voice.
