Host Planet Roadshow – Edinburgh

Calling all short-term rental hosts, property managers and investors in Scotland! On 3rd December, the final Host Planet Roadshow of 2026 is coming to Edinburgh, with our Event Partner, Adore Scotland.

Short-term rentals bring visitors, spending, and jobs to communities across Scotland, but the story politicians and the media hear is too often a negative one. This one-day event brings Scotland's short-term rental community together to share ideas, hear from experts and work out how we can tell our positive story, together.

Delivered in collaboration with Adore Scotland, the UK Short Term Accommodation Association, PriceLabs, and the Women in Short Term Rentals community, it's a hands-on day packed with practical advice, expert panels, and opportunities to connect with the local rental community.

What to expect:

• Expert panels on regulation, collaboration, revenue management, and property management technology

• The latest on licensing, the visitor levy, and what's next for short-term rentals in Scotland

• Roundtable discussions to share challenges and swap ideas with fellow hosts and property managers

• The Scottish PR Challenge: build a campaign with your table to boost the image of short-term rentals in Scotland

• Networking with hosts, property managers, suppliers and industry bodies

Whether you're just starting out or scaling your portfolio, the Host Planet Roadshow Edinburgh will leave you with practical ideas, new contacts and a clear plan for 2027.
