​MONTHLY CHARITY RUN & COFFEE MORNING

​SOCIAL RUN! 4.5K group run taking in a loop of Fistral Beach via the coast path, followed by hot drinks, tasty snacks and plenty of cheer at the Sprout courtyard.

​FAMILY OPTION! A 2.2km group run for kids and parents that don't want to miss out on all the fun!
All kids to have a supervising adult. Only one registration per family group is needed

​All the proceeds from the event are donated to charity! Dementia Adventure help people with dementia live a more active and fulfilled life. Please donate what you can to this charity close to our hearts.
