Responsible Business Leadership Forum
Responsible business becomes meaningful when it shapes everyday decisions, from how organisations recruit and support employees to how they select suppliers, manage human rights risks and prevent corruption. Across Nigeria, organisations are developing practical approaches that can offer valuable lessons to others, yet these experiences are often scattered or presented as activities rather than evidence of change.
The Responsible Business Leadership Dialogue, convened by UNGCNN, will bring these experiences together through a focused four-hour programme of leadership, case studies and practical expertise. At its centre is the Responsible Business in Action Challenge 2026, inviting organisations to showcase implemented initiatives in decent work, human rights or business integrity. Four finalists will present their initiatives, share evidence and explore how their approaches can be adapted by others. The Challenge will also contribute to UNGCNN’s Sustainability Case Study Library Initiative, creating a pathway from submission to peer learning, recognition and follow-through.
