it’s SUPER SUNDAYYYYY!

We are teaming up again with The Rolling Mile, Mystik Running and Flat Mountain Living 🔥🤜🏼🤛🏿

Every first Sunday of the month we're bringing the Berlin Run Clubs together for an All Crew long run!

Each crew will be bringing their own flavour so expect a colourful morning where you're sure to find an energy that you can vibe with. Fast, slow, loud or chilled, we got you covered 🌈

➕ After the run we’ll stay together for a reflection & intention-setting moment, guided by @Keti. This part is about mindset, clarity and intentionality. It’s for everyone who’s looking for a Brain-Break 🧠 and taking some time for themselves! (approx 45 mins) - Starting around 1pm
