Community Call: Rest, Reflect, & Rise
As the Summer Solstice approaches and a New Moon graces the sky, we're creating something a little different — a dedicated space for you to exhale.
Rest, Reflect & Rise is a 90-minute evening gathering led by our very own community member Autumn Saunders (@wisewomanspirit), designed to help you slow down, honor the season you've just moved through, and plant new seeds of intention for the one ahead.
This call is rooted in the Daring to Rest process — Rest, Release & Rise — and we're timing it intentionally. The week before the Summer Solstice is a powerful moment to return to your inner rhythm before the world asks more of you.

What You'll Experience
In this session, we'll create space for you to:
Settle into stillness through a guided rest meditation
Reflect on the past quarter — what you've carried, what you're releasing, and what you've grown through
Reconnect with your inner rhythm and the wisdom already inside you
Set meaningful intentions for the season ahead
Experience the grounding power of shared community
You'll also receive:
A recorded rest meditation to return to on your own
A digital Rest Cave Guide to help you create a dedicated rest space — at home or wherever life takes you
Call Itinerary (90 Minutes Total)
7:00 – 7:20 PM | Welcome & Grounding We'll open the space with intention — settling in, slowing down, and arriving fully.
7:20 – 7:50 PM | Guided Rest & Reflection with Autumn Saunders A restorative experience rooted in the Daring to Rest process. Autumn will lead you through rest, release, and rising — helping you process the season behind you and open to what's next.
7:50 – 8:15 PM | Seasonal Intention Setting + Community Share Space to reflect, write, and share — what are you releasing? What seeds are you planting? This is where rest becomes activating.
8:15 – 8:30 PM | Closing + Q&A We'll close with intention and leave you with tools to carry this practice home.
The Collective by CNYWN is a private membership community for women who live, work, and lead in Upstate New York. We create intentional experiences — like this one — where relationships are built, ideas are exchanged, and opportunities are created.
