👩🚒 About your Coach
Anne has been a first responder for 14+ years. After experiencing a severe injury on the job, Anne navigated healing therapies for several years. After diving into the alternative path, she found her passion in learning and teaching different modalities to first responders and trauma survivors to be able to release their negative beliefs and create positive experiences for themselves. She has overcome her diagnoses of anxiety, depression, and PTSD by committing herself to her own growth and has evoked powerful change in her clients as well. Through her practice, Evergreen Coaching and Wellness, Anne offers deep healing through coaching, breath work, and alternative modalities. Anne has now accumulated thousands of hours in training and experience in transformation.
