Cognitive Commons
You know what a market is. Even though you've never seen it, touched it, or found its edges, you happily use it to explain why prices move, why companies fail, and why some ideas spread and others don't. This SWISSUES Forvm asks whether there's something just as real, and just as invisible, governing how a group, a team, or a whole society thinks. We're calling it the Cognitive Commons — and once you notice it, you may start seeing it everywhere.
For those of you who like preparation, here is some reading material that links the Cognitive Commons to soft power, psychological warfare, culture and politics.
