Felicia Isola is a qualified systemic coach who supports parents that feel torn between their careers, kids and everything else feel clarity, calm and confident. She trained at the Coaching Akademie Berlin and has been practicing as a coach since 2022. She offers coaching in English and in German.

Selina Bans is a Strength & Nutrition Coach for Mums. She specialises in Women’s Health and Postpartum Fitness and helps mums get really, really, really strong with simple, practical fitness & nutrition advice combining studies & techniques from Europe & the US.
