About Event

Is This for You?

Maybe you're just starting out and the excitement of finishing your degree is being met with the overwhelming reality of figuring out where to begin. Maybe you've been in the field for a while and a job that once felt right no longer does. Or maybe you've been burned by an employer before and you're not walking into the next job without asking better questions first.

Whatever brought you here, the field does not hand you easy answers on jobs. There is no guidebook, no industry standard, and rarely a neutral party teaching you how to consider your best interests. The pressure is real and everyone seems to have their own opinion. It's your income, your clients, your career, and your sustainability in this work that all need to align.

What to Expect

A free, live, small group experience. Cameras on, conversation encouraged. This is not a webinar and it is not a lecture. It is a guided conversation for clinicians who have questions about the next steps in their career and how to think through them.

We will cover what to look for in a job, questions to ask, types of employment structures and how they could impact your income and autonomy, and considerations for how to be sustainable in your career.

Sessions are not recorded. What happens in the room stays in the room.

Who This Is For

Clinicians at any stage. New grads, newly licensed, or seasoned clinicians considering a shift. You don't even need to have a job offer in front of you to get something out of this. Sometimes the most useful thing is knowing what questions to ask before you need them.
