​And there's only one person we wanted leading it. Our very own Dave Plunkett.

​Dave is the guy for agency referrals and partnerships. I've worked with him before and can vouch for how well he knows his stuff.

​His marketplace agency opened up the SME market for global brands like Regus and Volvo. Since setting up Collaboration Junkie in 2020, he's helped hundreds of agencies win more of their ideal clients, and actually enjoy doing it. That's added up to millions in revenue along the way. For them, not him, unfortunately, he says.

​The session is built around Dave's DANCE framework. It covers the lot. Finding the right partners, and not just agency to agency. Bringing them in. Getting them active. Then the systems, processes and structure that keep a partnership working.
