What does finishing well look like for you?

...not finishing strong, hitting every number, or even powering through to the last day and crossing the finish line.

Finishing well means ending the year in a way that leaves you ready for the next one, not depleted by this one.

Most of us will not ask ourselves that question. We will just keep going until the calendar forces us to stop.

We will spend the evening looking honestly at what this year cost you and what it gave you; and what you are still carrying that does not need to come with you into 2027.

Most importantly - speaking outloud what finishing well actually looks like for you, not what it is supposed to look like.
