​Black Career Conversations is four Friday sessions for early-career and mid-level African and Caribbean professionals — built as an open discussion, not a panel. Our guests share real moments, not polished advice. You'll have space to reflect, ask the questions you've never said out loud (anonymously, if you'd rather), and hear how others have navigated the same crossroads.

​Theme: How to know when it's time to stay — and when it's time to go. We've all sat with that question and had no one to ask. This is that conversation.

​Direction: This one can get personal — that's the point. We're looking for a real moment you almost left (or stayed too long), not a framework for when to quit. What did the uncertainty actually feel like?
