Twelve weeks after kick-off, Protocol Camp Cohort 9 closes out on stage at Coinfest Asia 2026 in Bali.
Our largest Asia-wide batch to date brought together builders from Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, and, Taiwan. Each team spent 12 weeks with a dedicated mentor, weekly 1:1 coaching and full sponsorship, with one requirement: ship a working product. At Final Demo Day, selected teams will show what they built.
Live product demos, Q&A with our judging panel, and awards announced on stage. Followed by open networking with the founders, mentors, partners and investors behind the program.

Protocol Camp is a 12-week Web3 and AI builder bootcamp operated by ShardLab, running since 2022. Fully sponsored from start to finish, the program pairs every builder with a mentor, puts teams in front of VCs rather than a crowd, and sends them out with a product rather than a certificate. Cohort 9 is the program's largest Asia-wide batch to date.
