Ruchika T. Malhotra
Ruchika T. Malhotra is the author of three books, including the national bestseller, Uncompete: Rejecting Competition To Unlock Success. Ruchika is also the founder of Candour, an inclusion strategy practice. A former international business journalist, her writing appears in The New York Times and Harvard Business Review. She is a proud investor in women-led ventures, including Armoire.
Ambika Singh
Ambika Singh is the Founder and CEO of Armoire, a Seattle-based fashion technology company transforming how women get dressed through a subscription clothing rental model. The idea for Armoire first took shape during her time at MIT Sloan, where it was nurtured by classmates and professors—both in the classroom and through the broader Sloan community. Since launching in 2016, she has grown Armoire into a category leader with strong unit economics and a loyal, nationwide customer base, while advancing a more sustainable, circular approach to fashion. Prior to Armoire, Ambika worked at Microsoft and early-stage startups, experiences that shaped her hands-on, data-driven leadership style. She is especially grateful to the Sloan community for helping turn an early idea into a company, and for the lasting relationships that continue to influence Armoire and Ambika today.
Ambika serves on the board of United Way King County, the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and has volunteered as Seattle Chapter Leader for Pratham USA, the largest NGO working to eradicate illiteracy in India. She has been featured on the Puget Sound Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list, was a finalist for GeekWire's Startup CEO of the Year, and the winner of the 2025 Workplace of the Year award. Ambika is a sought-after speaker, and has been invited to share her story at Amazon, Microsoft, American Express, Harvard Business School, MIT, and the UW Foster School of Business.
