Lean Coffee @ MOLA
Every Tuesday morning, a small group of founders, operators, and creative leaders gathers at MOLA, an intimate spot in Adams Morgan, for a focused, agenda-free session known as Lean Coffee.
This isn’t a panel. It’s not a networking hour.
It’s a sharp, lightly facilitated rhythm designed to surface what’s most relevant right now—and move through it, together.
What is Lean Coffee? ☕
Lean Coffee is a structured format for unstructured conversation.
It’s fast-moving, highly collaborative, and always participant-led.
Here’s how it works:
Everyone proposes topics—things they’re noticing, navigating, or concerned about.
Think:
How are you adapting to funding delays?
What’s working in early-stage hiring right now?
Where are partnerships failing to deliver value?
Then we vote on what’s most resonant.
We tackle topics in short, time-boxed bursts—with the option to continue or move on as a group.
This is a space for shared signal, not isolated issues.
If your question reveals a pattern others are living through too—it belongs here.
Why it matters:
Threshold is a platform for intentional builders.
Lean Coffee is how we make that intent actionable.
It’s where strategic questions surface early, patterns get tested out loud, and collaborators emerge from real-time trust—not performative proximity.
Optional coworking to follow—space is reserved all day
