01 · 深前線呼吸調節 Deep Front Line · Breath Reset
從橫膈膜開始重啟呼吸, 讓被跑步壓縮的核心 重新展開。
Reopen the diaphragm. Let the core— compressed by miles of running— expand again.

02 · 淺前線筋膜伸展 Superficial Front Line · Release
打開髖屈肌、腹部、胸口—— 這是跑者最常緊縮的「前側」。
Open the hip flexors, the abdomen, the chest. The "front" of every runner that quietly tightens with each step.
