About Event

By Invitation Only.

ICML 2026 brings the machine learning community to Seoul. For one evening, we are opening the doors of our robotics lab to a small group of researchers who care about where intelligence meets the physical world.

On July 8, once the conference day winds down, swing by the RLWRLD lab for Robotics Night. A relaxed evening inside our Seoul-based research lab: watch the robots run live, talk robotics with the researchers who built them, and unwind over drinks.

This is where you get a first-hand look at RLDX-1 (tech blog) , our proprietary Robotics Foundation Model (RFM) built to solve true five-finger dexterity at scale, running live on real hardware on the same floor where it was trained. We first unveiled it with live demos in San Francisco; on July 8 we are bringing that night home to Seoul. (Here is the SF reveal.)

Why You Should Attend

  • See RLDX-1 run live, in the room where it was built. (demo link)

  • Meet the people behind the model. The researchers and engineers building the dexterity stack, in casual conversation, over food and drinks, in their own lab. Hear them tell how RLDX-1 came together. (Here is the story.)

  • A rare ML × Robotics room in Seoul. Foundation model researchers in town for ICML alongside the team pushing real-world manipulation, in one place for one night.

Agenda

  • From 7:30 PM · Live demos, open mingling, finger food and drinks

  • Robots will be running throughout the entire evening. Food and drinks will be served.

What is RLDX-1?

RLDX-1 is RLWRLD's proprietary Robotics Foundation Model (RFM), built to crack the final bottleneck in industrial automation: dexterous manipulation at scale.

  • Human-level five-finger dexterity with over 15 degrees of freedom, matching the full range of the human hand.

  • Trained on multi-sensory, multi-embodiment real-world data: vision, proprioception, torque, and tactile.

  • Hardware-agnostic and deployable across multiple robotic platforms without vendor lock-in.

  • Preparing for deployment with industry partners across logistics, aircraft cabin management, retail, hospitality, and manufacturing.

See you at the lab.

About RLWRLD

RLWRLD (pronounced "Real World") is a physical AI company headquartered in San Francisco, with offices in Tokyo and Seoul, building the Robotics Foundation Model (RFM) that enables robots to use their hands with human-like dexterity.
