Climb the height of Everest without leaving New Zealand.

Everest 8848 is a 36-hour endurance challenge on Coronet Peak, Queenstown. Twenty ascents, 449 vertical metres each, 8,980 metres in total — the full height of the world's tallest mountain. Ride the chairlift down, reset, and go again, with the whole community there to see you finish.
Twenty ascents are physical. What you'll remember is who was there when you made it.
