Carla De Waal is an experienced consultant in leadership, change and (inter)cultural development within the profit and non-profit sector.
Over the last 25 years, she had the privilege to work for several national and international companies. As a public speaker she speaks about megatrends and the impact for leadership within companies.
Since 2015 she has been a cross culture trend watcher and leadership trainer. She lives in two countries namely Germany and the Netherlands and worked with several international teams on the subject understanding cultural differences and how they can be used to benefit the team and the organization.
Carla De Waal has a background in didactic and art, business psychology and trendwatching and is a strategic advisor on board level.
As a business consultant she is well known for her interactive and creative solutions to different problems. She designed an intercultural awareness program for a large Dutch bank and she advises board members on topics like human behavior and how trends will influence leadership skills.
