From Setbacks to Setups Salon: Midlife Community Building

​From Setbacks to Setups is an intimate, facilitated salon experience built around Amy Shoenthal's The Setback Cycle framework. Equal parts structured conversation and open exchange, each session brings together a curated group of professionals to talk honestly about pivots, disruption, and what comes next. The format is intentionally small so that every person in the room has space to speak, to be heard, and to leave with something they can actually use.

​The October 28th salon will be cohosted with Katie Fogarty, host of the podcast A Certain Age. The conversation will center on creating intentional community, forging friendships in midlife, and how we build and nurture our networks to fuel what's next.
