She works with business owners, managers, and teams on developing leadership competencies, effective communication, and strengthening collaboration effectiveness. She combines psychological expertise with a business perspective.
She is the creator of the Founder Identity project, which focuses on the psychological and business dimensions of entrepreneurship and leadership.
This breakfast brings together a curated group of solopreneurs and startup founders, each of them invited to share about their projects, intentions, and challenges as we create space for exchange and collaboration.
