Title IX Investigator Certification

​Get ready for two focused, practical days of Title IX investigator training with FC. This online certification is designed for higher education and PK-12 investigators who want a clear, working command of the process from start to finish. Across September 8 and 9, you will move through the full arc of a Title IX matter, including intake, jurisdictional assessment, interviews, evidence analysis, and the written determination.

​Expect realistic fact patterns, hands-on practice, and plenty of guidance on trauma-informed interviewing, credibility assessment, and defensible report writing under current regulations. It is a strong fit for new and developing investigators who want training they can use right away in real cases. Participants who complete the program will receive a certificate of completion.
