​We’ll explore how breastfeeding works, what to expect in the first hours and days after birth, achieving a good latch, feeding cues, positioning, expressing and storing breast milk, common breastfeeding challenges, and how partners can support the journey.

​You’ll leave with practical skills, evidence based guidance, and the confidence to begin your breastfeeding journey with realistic expectations and the support you need.
